Attention Adults Age 18 and Up!

We want to acknowledge and thank all of the parents/guardians of the Hollywood Club students for allowing their sons and daughters to participate in the Club and become an important part of our lives!  Many of you parents also assist us with Club events because of your generous donation of time and resources, in addition to your prayer support which is so vital to the Club’s success in pursuing God’s vision for the next generation in Hollywood .  Thank you so much!

“Director’s Cut” provides a place where the parents and adult volunteers/leaders can get involved in a small group Christian community with a passion for Hollywood!  Join us for a more in-depth discussion and analysis of both classic and contemporary films.  Learn how to find God in the movies and how to unpackage the messages that Hollywood filmmakers are conveying in their films.  Find direction and information for your college/career-bound son or daughter.  Spend time with us praying for the world’s most influential mission field:  the media and entertainment industry.  And of course, plenty of food, fun and fellowship!  All this and more, at a level designed specially for adults!  Check the Upcoming Events page and join us at the next Director’s Cut event!

HOW YOU CAN HELP US

We encourage all of our parents to actively partner with us in this endeavor to bring cultural revival to America .  That’s right – you too can be a part of the world’s largest prayer movement for Hollywood !  You can help us in a number of different ways:

Pray – The most important thing you can do is join with us in prayer.  Reaching the youth of our community is a huge and significant task – at times it can be both daunting and discouraging!  We need God’s wisdom, God’s vision, and God’s empowerment, and that can only happen if we persistently ask Him for His provision in these areas.  Your prayers matter!  Please pray specifically for your own son or daughter to begin aggressively seeking God and His will for their life.  Together we can both believe and see God doing great things through our students!

Volunteer – From time to time we need help from our parents for various Club events, including setting up, cleaning up, cooking, decorating, hosting, chaperoning, and other significant tasks.  If you are available to help us in any of these ways, please let us know!

Donate – The Hollywood Club, like any organization, requires a certain amount of financial resources in order to operate.  For certain events, we recover some of these costs through cover charges or fees.  However, a significant portion of the budget comes directly out of the pocket of the Club Sponsors for things such as food and drinks, rewards and prizes, postage and printing, and website operation.  We simply ask that you pray and consider what God may enable you to do in helping us financially.  The Hollywood Club itself is not a 501(c)(3) charitable organization; however, should you desire to make a tax deductible contribution we encourage you to consider making a donation to the Hollywood Prayer Network and designating your gift or a portion thereof to the Phoenix / Mesa chapter.  Thank you so very much for your generosity!

HOW WE CAN HELP YOU

We want you to know that we not only pray for our students but for their families as well.  If you have a need you would like prayer for, whether it may be physical, emotional, financial, or any other area of need, we would like to pray for you!  We strongly encourage you to seek God to meet all of your needs because we believe He is both willing and able to touch your life in a powerful way!  Please feel free to e-mail us your prayer requests – we will keep your requests confidential, and if you so choose we can share your request anonymously with the entire Club membership so that many more people can join with you in prayer.  Just like we teach your son or daughter, we believe God is going to do great things in your own life as we confidently approach His throne of grace for mercy and help in our time of need!
